1. Acceptance

By accessing or using knoxkorean.com, submitting information, registering for an activity, making a donation, or purchasing an association offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.

2. Association purpose and informational content

The Knoxville Area Korean American Association provides community information, cultural programming, directories, events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support the association. Website content is general information and is not legal, immigration, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Immigration resources do not create an attorney-client relationship. Confirm important decisions with a qualified professional or the relevant government agency.

3. Eligibility and minors

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's use of forms, registrations, payments, or public submissions and provide any required consent.

4. Directory and third-party information

Directory listings, events, resources, links, and community submissions may be provided by third parties. Inclusion is not a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty. 5. Submissions and public content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with content you submit. You retain ownership of your content, but grant the association a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit for clarity, translate, format, publish, promote, archive, and display content submitted for public use. 6. Donations, enhanced profiles, and sponsorships

Donation and purchase pages show the amount, frequency, and applicable terms before checkout. Recurring payments continue at the disclosed interval until canceled through the available account, payment, or contact process. Enhanced profiles and sponsorship benefits apply only for the stated active period and may depend on submission of usable materials and production deadlines. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed donations are generally nonrefundable. 7. Events and volunteering

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Knox County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
